Strong and Free Hairclip, free crochet pattern

What could be better for July's monthly inspiration than an accessory for Canada Day (I've also created a free hairclip pattern for our neighbours to the south). This fun hair clip pattern is created out of thread and has some advanced techniques. I've offered a lot of photos to aid in the creation, so if you're an adventurous beginner - give it a try.

Or click here to create the Let Freedom Ring hair clip.

The hair clip measures 4 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches deep.

It is a total depth of 8 inches with the "curls."
Ready to get started... Let's go!!!!

As usual, I've included many slideshow presentations after each section of the pattern to help you along a little. If you'd rather just print out a pattern (no photos) it can be accessed via the PDF file at the bottom of the post. Just remember, this pattern is sole property of EveryDayWomanCrochet designs by Sheri K. Please don't reprint it without my permission (everydaywomancrochet@outlook.com); however, you do have my permission to sell as many of the finished product as you'd like.

o   #001/White

·         1.75 inch x 1/2 inch hair clip base

worry about it coming un-glued)!
